Classical Ballet
Jean-Pascal Cabardos was born in France and studied Ballet in Aix en Provence with Lise Delaplace.
In 1985, he joined the ballet of L’Opera d’Avignon where he danced in Musicals and Operas.
From 1986 to 1995, he was a member of Ballets de Monte-Carlo. His repertoire included Balanchine, Kylian, Fokine, and Massine … During this time; he started to work as a Ballet Master for workshops. In 1995, he moved to Berlin and joined the Deutsche Oper Ballet. His repertoire enriched with ballets from Petit, Bejart, Barra, and Hynd….
In 1999, he retired as a dancer and became a ballet teacher and Ballet Master at English National Ballet School where he stayed until July 2005. He worked and rehearsed ballets from Hampson, Kylian, Bart and Mukhamedov.Since 2005, he taught for Rambert Dance Company, National Ballet of Prague, CEDE, The West London School of Ballet, Stella Man College and Body Work Dance Studios Company and Prejlocaj Ballet.
Jean-Pascal teaches at Danceworks as well as The Place and Billy Elliot. Since 2007, he organises a Summer Ballet Course for adults at Danceworks
