Podiatry – the care and treatment of the Foot – gives you specialist foot care whether you are an adult, child, athelete or dancer. It also addresses pain in the legs, knees, hips and back when it is caused or affected by the way your feet function or the balance of your gait.
Peter will assess your feet and your gait through touch and by watching you stand, walk or run. He may use a treadmill and a computerised plate that measures the way the pressure is distributed in your foot when you walk or run. Ultrasound scanning is sometimes used to assist diagnosis.

Peter graduated from The London Foot Hospital and holds BSc in Podiatry and an MSc in Sports Injury and Therapy. He is HPC registered and Dance UK registered and has worked at St Thomas’s, Battle, The Royal Berkshire and the Royal Masonic hospitals.
Peter has been running a highly successful private practice in London for the past 25 years.
